2. Now you will need to create your pages for Mingle. You may go to your wp admin area and make all 9 pages, make these pages make sure you set them to not allow comments. The pages are as follows: (or you can now allow Mingle to create these pages for you)

(If the user chooses AUTO they have to Save then go back and set the pages that were just created and then SAVE again.)

*Now you need to assign the pages in the Mingle settings Page assign each page you created in the
*Mingle setting in wp-admin as follows. Each page is selected from a drop down menu by the
*page name. Unless you let Mingle create the pages for you, this step is complete..

Once pages are assigned go to the bottom of the settings page update options (save your work)

The next section is Profile Options:

Pretty Profile Urls
When checked, Pretty Profile Urls will allow users to type their screenname following your site’s domain name for their url. Note, if you do not have Apache rewrite functioning and have not selected something other than “Default” under your General Permalink settings, this will not work.

This is done by going to the permalink settings and setting the custom field to /%postname%/ this makes things very much cleaner.

User Registration Email Spam Protection
When checked, Mingle will use advanced email lookup techniques to validate the user signup to prevent against user registration spam.

Block Robots from Registering as Users
When checked, Mingle will attempt to identify the user as legitimate or as a robot (computer program) if it’s a robot then registration will be prevented.

Require Captcha On User Signup Page
When checked, Mingle will display an image captcha that the user will be required to complete in order to successfully register.

Prevent Subscribers Access to the WordPress Admin
When checked, Mingle will redirect non-admin users to their activity page if attempting to go anywhere within /wp-admin.
